In this class one will learn how to make a basic yeast dough step by step, that can be made in to loaves of bread or rolls. We will use some ancient flours like kamut and spelt (no wheat). While the dough is rising we will make a spring soup with Chef Sonja. Bring an apron this class will be hands on. Enjoy a soup and bread meal at the end of the lesson.
